碗是面的容器,空间是中原文化的舞台。面为主,高汤、海参鱿鱼猴头为辅,一个大碗,盛出了中原饮食文化的拙朴。空间形式上,利用黄土的厚重作为主体,层次多变的空间,犹如院落的房前屋后,增加人与人之间的互动,找寻人与人的亲切感。穿插点缀民俗文化(豫剧脸谱,布老虎、泥泥狗、少林功夫、太极、百家姓等),让身处其中的食客,同时享受味觉、视觉的饕餮盛宴。

The bowl is the container of the noodles, and the space is the stage of the Central Plains culture. Noodles are staple ingredients, with soup stock, sea cucumber, squid, hericium as auxiliary ingredients. A large bowl symbolizes the simplicity of the Central Plains food culture.
The spatial form of the design is dominated by the thickness of loess. The multi-level space, like the front and back of the courtyard house, increases the interaction between people and seeks the intimacy between people. At the same time, the design intersperses and embellishes some folk culture, such as Yu Opera Facial Makeup, Cloth Tiger, Mud Dog, Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Hundred Family Names and so on. These will allow diners to enjoy both visual and taste experience.
